Overview
SEMS is a Source-to-Pay platform developed by E-Solution, with offices in Casablanca, Lille and New York. It covers two main areas: Source-to-Contract (spend analysis, supplier onboarding and evaluation, e-sourcing with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders and auctions, contracts, framework agreements, catalogs) and Procure-to-Pay (marketplace, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices with OCR, three-way matching, payments, inventory and imports). It adds a budget planning module and supplier communication tools (campaigns, chatbot, WhatsApp Business). The vendor offers nine AI agents specialized across the procurement cycle (requisition, sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contract, purchasing, invoice, procurement intelligence) and lists integrations with SAP, Oracle and Sage. SEMS received the 2025 Procurement Innovation Trophy from CNA Maroc.
