SAP Ariba brings together SAP’s procurement and spend management solutions. They cover sourcing (RFPs and sourcing events), contract management, supplier management and risk assessment, spend analysis and approval workflow automation, from purchase requisition through reporting. SAP Business Network, formerly Ariba Network, connects buyers and suppliers: suppliers respond to bids, exchange orders and invoices and track their payments there, with a free standard account. The Joule AI assistant helps, for example, draft an RFP, and Joule agents chain tasks across multiple services. SAP rounds out the offering with SAP Fieldglass (contingent workforce) and SAP Concur (travel and expenses). SAP is named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Source-to-Pay Suites.
