Precoro is Procure-to-Pay software designed for mid-sized companies operating across multiple locations, projects or entities. It covers purchase requisitions, approval workflows (by department, amount or project), purchase orders (one-time, blanket, recurring or services), goods receipts, invoices (capture, PO matching, duplicate detection, e-invoicing), payments, budgets, expenses, virtual cards, suppliers with a self-service portal, contracts, PunchOut catalogs and inventory. Precoro works alongside the ERP and integrates with QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Slack and Power BI, among others. The interface is available in several languages, and the vendor cites a go-live time of 2 to 8 weeks, with no custom development.
